Brown Bonwick Memorial

Thompson Estate is hosting the Brown Bonwick Memorial Cross Country at Minnippi Parklands on Saturday 30 July. The first race is at 2:30pm. We require volunteers from midday to mark the course, take nominations, act as course mashalls, record times and serve in the canteen. This is a fundraiser for the club. Brisbane Marathon on Sunday 7 August at Southbank Parkland

Thompson Estate is seeking volunteers to act as course marshalls (no experience necessary) at the Brisbane Marathon on Sunday 7 August at Southbank Parkland. The Athletes Foot at Carindale - donated shoes

The Athletes Foot at Carindale has donated a number of pairs of new running shoes to the club. We are selling these at the excellent price of $40 pair. The funds raised will go to support our athletes travelling to national championships later in the year. A list of sizes and styles is in the clubhouse. If you cannot find your size and are looking for a new pair of shoes, go to Athletes Foot at Carindale or Capalaba and ask for Brad. Tell him you are from Thompson Estate and he will try to do a great deal for you.
