Come and try our training sessions, you don't need to be an olympic athlete to join in.  Abilities range from people just wanting to do a bit of exercise upwards.

 

Coaching is available at the times and places shown here. Currently the cost is free for members or as indicated below - membership starts at $20 per annum. Masters are welcome to join in with any of our normal club training.  In addition, we have a Masters (over 30’s) training group.
