Congratulations to:

-All the athletes who competed at District and Regional Cross Country trials. Good luck to those of you off to States at Roma and Ipswich next month.

-Those who competed at the Queensland All Schools Cross Country Champs and Club Champs. We had Jordan Kingdon coming 3rd in the 8 year old boys division; Christabel Kingdon coming 3rd in the 10 year old girls division which had 102 competitors! In the 11 year old girls we had Katrina Robinson coming 1st ,Samantha Whitting coming 2nd and Sydney O'Riley coming 9th out of 89 competitors. Daniel Rolley came 1st in the 11 year boys race. In the 12 years boys' race Luke Kingdon came 4th, followed by Callum Davies in 5th place and Kurt Frampton coming 18th. In the 18 to 19 year age group Sebit Rambang came 2nd and in the Masters Men, Greg Coulter placed 5th , with Martin McKone 6th and Jason Collie 8th.

-The TEES members who ran in the recent QA relays. They achieved good results despite the Under 12 boys' and girls' teams having problems with marshalling. The first 5 runners in the combined relays were sent on the 3km course instead of the 2km course, so the first runners ended up running an extra km! They still both managed 2nd place!

MetEast Track and Field for Primary Students will be held on the 15th and 16th of this month.

Downunder Track and Field Champs will be held on July 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Sunshine Coast Annual Track and Field Carnival will be held on the 31st July.
