Australian Masters Athletics Cross Country National Championships

As part of the AMA 2011 National Championships, the cross country event will be held at Minnippi Parklands in Brisbane on Sunday April 24 2011 at 7:00 AM.  Thompson Estate Athletics will be hosts and volunteers are needed. Hundreds of high resolution photos will be taken of the event with many action shots of participants.

Location:  Minnippi Parklands, Tingalpa Brisbane.  Access via Stanton Rd West.

Parking: There is ample parking in and long Stanton Rd West.

Terrain: The course is around a lake and mostly flat with a minor 6 metre hill.  Depending on the day, there may be a water jump which typically involves getting wet feet.  The course is mostly grass with one or two places where you cross a small tarmac path.

Food and Drink: A selection of bottled water and soft drinks and a bbq style breakfast will be available.
